INFORM-IT Inform-IT is an organization that focuses on the development, promotion and distribution of knowledge in the field of IT Service Management. For that purpose we produce information carriers like books and events, and we organize the exchange of ideas and information through web portals. Furthermore Inform-IT is the initiator and stimulator of various innovations in the field of IT Service Management. Publications Inform-IT's core business is the production of IT Management books. Under editorial guidance of Inform-IT a number of international and Dutch titles have been published. Inform-IT cooperates with member-based or not-for-profit organizations like ITSMF, ISACA and EXIN. Inform-IT is contracted to manage the ITSM Library. Events Inform-IT has been involved in the organization of more than 100 seminars, round table meetings and conferences. Inform-IT develops formulas for events, and usually takes the role of content management. Innovations Inform-IT is one of the founders of ITSMF-NL and of the IT Service Fund. ITSMF is the leading company-based membership organization in the field of ITSM. The objective of the IT Service Fund is to stimulate professional service management throughout the IT industry and to further the positive image of the IT services industry. Portal Management Inform-IT provides ITSM PORTAL with a fulltime team of editors for ITSM PORTAL's content and is actively involved in new portal initiatives. Associates Inform-IT is working closely together with Bureau Hoving & Van Bon (BHVB), Quality Research, Warpnet, Axient, Van Haren Publishers, ten Hagen & Stam, Pearson Education and ITSMF-NL. BHVB delivers a wide variety of IT Management services to her customers including consultancy, organizational change, interim management and training. This association ensures a spillover of knowledge, practical experience and insights in IT Service Management to both organizations. The association with Quality Research is focused at organizational improvement in (IT) service organizations and the organization of innovations. Warpnet is a partner for the development of knowledge portals and webmarket places. Axient is associated with Inform-IT as a partner in portal management, in the field of human resources. Van Haren Publishers is Inform-IT's main partner for publishing international professional publications in the field of IT Service Management. Ten Hagen & Stam and Pearson Education are two of our publishing partners in the same field.
