Inform-IT, The Knowledge Center For Service Management, focuses on the development, promotion and distribution of knowledge in the field of IT (Service) Management.
Our core business is developing IT Management books. Over 70 different titles have been published under our editorial guidance, in up to 15 languages. We cooperate with member-based or not-for-profit organizations like ITSMF, ISACA and EXIN.
Inform-IT also produces events where people share knowledge. We have been responsible for organizing numerous national seminars and conferences on IT management topics, for parties including itSMF, publishers, and other organizations.
Last but not least, Inform-IT develops and manages communities of experts. We manage ITSM PORTAL (since 1996) and we-share-it.nl, many LinkedIn groups, and we are actively involved in new web content initiatives.
